Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in Australia. We don't post printed magazines overseas.

Processing: if your issue is in stock, your order is posted within 3 business days. Memberships started on a future issue, and pre-sales, ship when that issue drops (15 February, 15 June, 15 October).

Delivery via Australia Post (so may take a little longer), once posted:
- Metro: 2 to 5 business days
- Regional: 3 to 8 business days
- Remote areas: up to 2 weeks

Release-day Membership sendouts are posted around the 10th to arrive by the 15th. These bulk sendouts use Print Post and are not tracked. All other orders (single issues, bundles, gifts) are tracked with a link.

Shipping cost:
- Single issue: $9.95
- Free shipping on orders over $40
- Memberships: shipping included
- Digital orders: no shipping, delivered by email within minutes

If a release-day Membership mag hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the 15th, email us and we'll look into it.
